Amazing service from this company from initial outreach to completion. A special mention to Jordan, who attended after hours and worked in some very unpleasant conditions to unblock and clean out an overflowing foul waste pit. He handled everything quickly and efficiently, with a smile on his face, and was polite, considerate, and careful to protect the common areas while keeping us updated throughout. The office team were also excellent and very helpful. Connolly General Contractors, a London-based refurbishment and maintenance company, highly recommend this firm.

They answered the phone promptly and were able to arrange a visit quickly and they took the time to give clear, practical advice throughout the process. They were flexible and willing to go the extra mile and extremely helpful when it came to liaising with other trades, making the whole job run smoothly.
