  Damy survey completed at rental property

  The surveyor Edward was excellent, professional and considerate. He provide the survey but also verbally communicated the situation clearly to allow us to address the issues in the best way long term. I'd highly recommend this company and this surveyor in particular.

  Damp survey

  Edward came in person and was very knowledgeable and courteous, taking time to answer all my many questions. The survey is state of the art and very technical but will reveal the root cause of the damp rather than having a speculative survey that results in lots of unnecessary work. My issues were more complex than is normally the case with damp but at least the cause is now known and can be addressed. The cost of the survey was therefore very worthwhile

  Mould growth due to blocked downpipe

  We had mould growth in our property and didn’t know what to do about it; we had a couple of companies to visit but they couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. We booked in with Remora and the Technician took measurements of moisture in the air and all over the property, finding out it was a blocked downpipe. Some companies quoted me huge amounts to put in damp proofing that it turns out we didn’t even need. Thanks for a great job!

  I needed some damp assessments completed on a few properties
