Initially James' customer service was very good ( Oct 2022) ,responsive & polite and job completed quickly. The roof was repaired and a 30 year guarantee was reassuring. It started leaking in Sept 23, James took some time to reply but eventually came out and added some more flashing. It started leaking again in Feb 24 and it took until May 24 after multiple texts, and voice messages for James to come back to me. He asked for a video as proof after which his tone became rude and unprofessional. 10 Roof lining

James, is hard working and committed to the job. Such a pleasant individual to work with. He did such a good job on my home. He had the scaffolding up in no time and he got cracking to remove the tiles and replace the roof lining. What I love about James is that he was open and honest which is a fresh breathe of air .
