Perfect customer experience

From start to finish the customer experience was excellent. I will defining work with them again and have no hesitation in recommending to friends and family.

Brandon did a fantastic job. Made sure to talk me through what was going on, show progress as the day went on and offered a great warranty for the work in case of any issues. Worked tirelessly until late at night to get it completed for me in an emergency situation. Very polite and happy to answer any questions I had and made sure bathrooms were clean and ready for use after completion of jobs

Sofa was great! Great quality and clean. Great communication. Also helped me take it up 6 flight of stairs. Thank you so much the sofa is great!!

Fantastic experience. Found the most gorgeous pre loved sofa for my hair salon. Brandon was very efficient in replying and we arranged very quickly for him to deliver the sofas and take my old one away at a very small cost. He was very respectful that it was in a business premises with customers around and the transition was very efficient and smooth. No nasty surprises with it being a second hand sofa - very clean and as described. Have recommended to lots of people.
