I was required by the local council to install a fire alarm system in a rental property. I contacted several qualified installers to get a quote and found RES to be the most responsive. They came to do a quick survey and gave me a price the following day. I accepted their quote and they committed to do the work a week later. They arrived punctually and completed the work within the time they had advised. Following payment they gave me a job sheet with photos and a certificate. A very professional company!

Ray has now been to us on 3 separate occasions - fire alarm replacement, transformer replacement and downlighters upgrade. He is always courteous, prompt and efficient. We will be using him again.

I cannot recommend Raymond enough! I needed to get some minor electrical work done and get an EICR and thankfully he managed to fit me in. I remembered Raymond from a few years back when he installed a new fuse board for me. I remembered how friendly, honest, and efficient he was so he was the only electrician I contacted. His quote, invoicing and certification system were also very professional. Good trades are hard to come by so I definitely try to hang on to them when I find them and Raymond is one of those rare ones!
