  Massively helpful in completing a job I started (badly) 😂 turned up early ready to go, got straight on with it gave me advice on what to do next and was brilliant with communication before hand. Would definitely recommend to everyone and will now be my go to for any future work. Thank you

  Incomplete Job - Poor Level of Customer Service

  Failed to complete the job despite pretending to reassure me that he would and even ghosted me when I waited in all weekend for him to complete the brickwork job. I was told that he had taken on a bigger job and in order to complete the job I would need to pay an extra £150 to someone else ( which I refused). Poor communication, poor customer service. Still awaiting invoice as payment was made and have not received it or any apology. Shockingly bad, the small job did not warrant the same level of customer service as a bigger more profitable job

  Professional and efficient - nice to work with

  I needed internal brickwork replacing and repointed in our living room. Charlie and his colleague were nice to work with. Communication was good throughout, no hidden fees or additional works required so the final price as expected with all work carried out swiftly and offered some guidance on what was needed. Would use again if needed
