10 Brick Arch re pointing

Chris asked for photos of the archway. He messaged me with the price which was very reasonable. I agreed to the job & we agreed a date within a few days. Chris arrived on time He did a superb job of grinding out all the old cement & re pointing the arch. Very tidy worker, no mess to clean up. Very polite, professional. Highly recommend Chris. 10 Refurbish fireplace, rake out joints, acid clean, lime mortar repoint

Job location: DH1The plaster surrounding the fireplace had been removed by previous owner with no further work so brickwork needed some attention. Contractor was helpful as to work which would bring out the best, knowledgeable on brickwork to a near 200 year old property. Communication was great, work started a bit earlier than anticipated which helped. Arrived on the job on time and completed the work on schedule. Kept the working area tidy and produced an excellent finished job that really sings. We are pleased with the work. - SShaun W

Job location: NE38Chris did an excellent job on my property, repairing brickwork and repointing. Great communication, turning up as promised to provide a quote and then keeping me up to date as to when he could fit the job in, all at a good price. The job was well finished and Chris made sure no mess as left behind. Great Job! 10 replace worn bricks and pointing, also fitted new Pier caps

Repoint commercial & domestic Re-pointing is based in Gateshead Tyne & Wear. The business was established in 2016 and specializes in all aspects of Re-pointing & brick replacement. With over 16 years experience in Re-pointing on many projects throughout the North East.
We specialise in the use of lime mortar for period buildings and Portland cement on modern buildings. When raking out old mortar dust extraction equipment is used and eliminates approx 80-90% of air pollution thus being cleaner for the environment and protects the person carrying out the work. Where possible new mortar is applied by the use of injection guns ensuring the voids are filled to the cavity depth giving adequate cohesion with the existing motor and prolonging the lifetime of the new mortar. We also offer a brick replacement service and brickwork crack stitching with the use of helical bars.
