Super quick appointment, great communication and lovely engineer. Unfortunately he was unable to fix the dishwasher, due to a memory issue in the machine. But he evaluated all other possible causes and gave me a breakdown in cost of fixing Vs replacing, and the call out fee was minimal. The engineer was prompt and kept me updated on his schedule and very quick to identify the problem motor). He was able to fix pretty quickly and I was also given the option to pay by card which was convenient.
