Responded to request within a couple of hours. Visit arranged for quote. Gave 2 quotes for each job - if repair possible and cost if replacement needed. Completed job and cleared up before leaving. Very polite. Only charged for work done with no hidden extras. Would definitely recommend.

Our window handle was stuck so I called the Repair Doctor Jeff, who came after a couple of days and he fitted a new handle. Punctual and polite, efficient and tidy. I recommend the Repair Doctor for any window or door repairs.

I contacted repair doctor regarding a couple of windows that required repairing Spoke to Jeff who was so helpful he booked a day & time to check on the windows that needed repairing. Arrived on time managed to repair one window immediately & had to order in the glass for the other window he returned a week later & replaced the other window . Absolute joy to deal with if every trade person was like this it would make life so much easier . Can’t recommend Jeff enough fair price for a good job .

The door doctor (Geoff) contacted me within a couple of hours of me emailing him and came within 24 hours to look at my problem he very quickly explained what he thought was the problem and within the hour had done the work to my satisfaction. The door now fits 100% better and opens and closes with ease, something it has never done before. If only the original fitter could have found time to come and do the alteration. Geoffs price was very reasonable also. Many thanks
