Excellent customer service, offered call-out within 2 working days and an extremely reasonable call out charge in comparison to other company’s I contacted. Given a slot between 9am and 1pm and Rab (I think that was his name) arrived by 10.30am. Small blockage removed and dishwasher running as good as new. Rab was very efficient, tidy and an all round great guy to deal with. Would definitely recommend & use again!

Repairman arrived at expected time and quickly diagnosed issue with washing machine. He replaced the part and tidied up when finished. Happy with service and advised 12 month guarantee if same fault arises.

The man’s name was Billy, I have kept his number,I would certainly hire him again ,he was efficient and pleasant and was very helpful
