The team were incredibly professional and offered tips and advice throughout the job. There were no hidden costs and the work was completed to a very high standard. Will absolutely use again!

Sandra and Joel are lovely people. The most expensive of the quotes we received but, we fell for the "chat". Payment was expected at the end of the job. I was asked to pay almost 90% before they finished. Foolishly did this. Have since asked them to not come back. Have had to employ an actual professional decorator to come and finish as well as fix all the things Renova messed up/ruined. Also, the new company know how to cut in and don't wash their brushes and paint pots in our kitchen sink at the end of the day, everyday. They have also respected our property, unlike Renova. NOT PRO! No way!

We had our whole house painted by ReNova, including walls, ceilings, coving and woodwork, and were very happy with the result. Sandra made everything straightforward from start to finish and kept us updated regularly. The team did a thorough job with a clean, even finish throughout. They also fixed a floorboard that needed attention, along with a few extra bits around the house free of charge, which was a really nice touch. Everything was completed on time and the house was left tidy. We’d definitely use ReNova again and recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, quality decorating work.

ReNova responded quickly to my request for help with an initial painting job. Communication was excellent and made the whole process extremely straightforward. Billing was transparent and fair and I felt part of the process if anything had to change during the job. Particularly impressive was the fact that when a carpenter let me down last minute they were able to do that job too, fitting a new work top in the kitchen. Work was finished in a timely fashion, even if that meant working into the night and my timescales were always adhered to. Fantastic experience all round.
