Janis and Kris worked tirelessly on two projects: one to convert a cupboard into a second toilet and the other to fit a light shaft into a closed bathroom. Good natured, pleasant and flexible in their approach, they communicated well throughout. Their skill and effort produced excellent results on time and within budget. Highly recommended.

Our experience working with Janis was outstanding from start to finish - he communicated very clearly and consistently and did a really excellent job. He has very high standards, an excellent eye for detail and asked all the important questions we hadn't thought of! He's also a great guy with a good sense of humour. We wouldn't hesitate to work with Janis again and would happily recommend him to anybody looking for reliable, high quality work for their home improvements project.

Janis came to our rescue and did an amazing job of converting the garage into a beautiful bedroom and wet room. Previously I had managed to find the worst builder in Scotland who left a terrible mess Janis took on the job and restored my faith in builders I can highly recommend him, his work is immaculate with great attention to detail.

Jānis was excellent from start to finish, accommodated the changes which came in to meet our budget and stuck to a very tight deadline, delivering on time and within budget. We picked Renova based on the excellent feedback that we’d read and we were not disappointed. Janis was very quick to respond to all calls and messages and he carried out a very thorough survey when quoting for the job to ensure everything was captured. During the job, Janis and Chris were punctual, polite and tidy and completed all works to a very high standard. Would definitely recommend and we are already looking to use Renova again for some future works. 10/10

Janis undertook the construction work for our kitchen renovation, which included removing the load bearing wall, insulating and re-laying the floor/ceiling and other quite big jobs. He and Kris were professional and hard working, putting in the hours to deliver the build in a good time. They were patient with my questions and finished the work to a high level. Wish I'd involved them more in the pre-build to iron out issues with the architect designs and fireproofing before they arrived on site. Good guys and hard workers. Very happy to recommend.
