Absolutely thrilled with all the work done by Phil @ Renov8ions! From first meeting to the job finishing some 3 months later, his professionalism and attention to detail shone through. The project contained some structural work, some refits and a lot of odd jobs in an old house where nothing is straightforward. Any problems that were discovered from previous work was carefully thought through to solution and clearly explained and then delivered to a high standard. Top bloke too! We required a structural wall to be built the full length of our property to retain our neighbour's land. Phil and his team at Renov8tions were very knowledgeable and skilled in every aspect of the works. They were always punctual and courteous to both us and our neighbours. Their due diligence, communication, tidiness and quality of work was of an exceptionally high standard. We are extremely happy with the finished project and cannot recommend them highly enough.

We hired Phil of renov8tions to reconfigure the entrance to our house. Removing an existing built in cupboard and creating a new cupboard by knocking through into the garage. All work was completed to a high standard and with constant consultation with us. We were very happy with the communication and the work done.

Phil is reliable, honest and efficient. He is very experienced in his trade and always finds the best solutions for his customers quickly and efficiently, completing jobs with great care and tidiness. He is always willing to offer help and advice. We are really grateful for his help in repairing a bathtub overflow leak, as well as finding the correct door handles which needed to be changed around our home. Fully recommend.

From the first meeting with Phil, we knew he would be the ultimate professional. Throughout the build his communication, quality of work, knowledge and advice was second to none. The trades that Phil used where also up to a very high standard and it's easy to see why Phil uses them. Phil was happy to talk to outside suppliers that we had bought in to allow the project to flow as best as it could. We really valued this as it allowed the 'trades' to manage their time together. On a personal note, we always felt throughout the project, that we were Phil's number one customer.
