  Re-render entire rear of 3-storey house

  This was a large messy job involving the hacking off of old cracked render, re-rendering and painting. A first-class result. We were kept informed of time scales throughout by courteous friendly workmen of a family-run business. Couldn't fault the impeccable time-keeping. Would definitely use again and recommend.

  Removal of Fireplace

  After an initial blip regarding the start date, Chris and his team did a good job of removing an original 1958 fireplace and make good the chimney breast. They did their level best to minimise the volume of brick dust. Once removed, the chimney breast was plastered and I was given advice regarding a colour wash before painting. There was a little plaster marks on the floor, but there was no carpet so it wasn’t a big deal. All in all it was a great job.

  Extension and new porcelain porcelain patio

  Renov8 Construction had done some work for us at our previous home and we didn't hesitate to invite them to provide us with a quotation for our extention on our new home. They were competitively priced and carried out the work within budget and time frame to a high standard. I couldn't recommend Chris and his team enough!

  Removal of debris from a collapsed wall. Constructing a new retaining wall in the garden

  Renov8 (Chris) responded very quickly to our call and provided a detailed quotation within hours. He and his team (John and Jamie) commenced the works within days. They worked extremely hard, on occasions in very bad weather conditions, clearing the area within a day and getting the new wall completed within a week. They did a fantastic job in very difficult conditions.
