Renew property maintenance are brilliant. Tom carried out my landscaping and Slabbing with precision, a real perfectionist. I am so happy with what he achieved for me, the finish is excellent and Tom works hard and has a friendly personality .He has also done plumbing work for me again brilliant work standard. They are Top class, reasonably priced, great communication and a real eye for detail. I was doing some work myself in the garden and Tom went out his way to talk me through the best way to approach what I was doing. I will not hesitate to use Tom at Renew property maintenance again !!!

The workman ship has been poor, tiles not fitted with adhesive, grout not cleaned off the tiles and grouting not finished around the shower thus letting water get behind the tiles. The communication was poor and emails regarding the issues ignored.

Nice and tidy. Showed up when he said and got the job done.

Tom is a genuinely nice guy, was a pleasure having him do the work. Very well priced and did an excellent job, would highly recommend.
