10 Emergency toilet leak

Got in touch with Valentyn as we had a continously leak on the landing of a block of flat. The leak was from the cistern. Valentyn visited and assessed the fault. The occupier had implemented a temporary fix which Valentyn deemed to be adequate. He will be able to change the parts if necessary. For now its best to monitor the situation and if needed he will will come back and make good. We have not yet booked in the work to be completed but throughout the process so far we are very happy with his clear communication, punctuality and knowledge. Needed a new toilet cistern fitted. Put the job up on Check a Trade and Rendeliuk ltd came back really quickly, showed images of what could be used to relace the old part and gave a quote. When I booked them in to do the job they had excellent communication and turned up on time on the day of the job. there were issues along the way (old building and old pipework) but they were able to overcome these and help with getting things resolved.
