    Russel was a great help in getting spray foam removed from a small loft. We were quoted a very competitive price initially, and even though the job was harder than anticipated Russel was always at the end of the phone and arranging more specialist roofers for areas that were other wise inaccessible. He honoured the original quote, which was very much appreciated. Good to see that pride in what they do as well as ethical commercial practices is important to this company.

    Spray foam removal in loft space

    Firstly Anthony came to the house to survey to see what type and how much spray foam there was. Very professional with dates and times definitely knows his stuff. Engineers came to remove the spray foam again very professional sheeted the stairs removed all spray foam from loft and bagged up and took away with them. Hoovered up and left very tidy.

    Sprayfoam removal

    Our first meeting was with Pablo who was excellent and gave us good advice. Unfortunately the job took longer than expected due to height restrictions so there was a delay in it being completed. We had two separate teams do the work and both were excellent and fully respected our property. The Sprayfoam has been fully removed to an excellent standard.

    Removal of 128m2 of rigid foam from loft

    Lovely sales guy called Kevin responded quickly and was v knowledgeable. After a face to face meeting, put together a 2 man team with excellent experience and manners, and they drove up from Southampton. Neat work and clear up inside. Could have cleared up a little better in the front garden. Job a little overpriced at £13,000, but well done. The justification was time and meters2, suggesting 4 to 5 days work, but it only took 2.75 days. (Research suggests it should be nearer £80pm2). But their quick response enabled us to get house up for sale after a surveyor checked.

With regard to the costing, you are absolutely right that some companies may quote around £80 per m² for closed-cell removal alone. However, the scope of this project went beyond that, as it included a full reline of the felt to the underside of the roof, along with the installation of new insulation at ceiling level. Taking the full specification into account, the pricing is in line with current industry standards. We wish you all the best.
