Very good experience

We recently engaged the services of a Removal and Storage Accord, and I must say Syed's professionalism and efficiency were truly impressive. From the initial booking process to the actual moving day, everything was handled with meticulous care. Syed (and his entire team) were punctual, courteous, and worked seamlessly to ensure that all items were packed, transported, and delivered without a hitch. Fragile items were given extra care, and they made sure every box was placed exactly where we wanted in my new home. We would not hesitate to recommend you to our friends and family etc.

Syed was the first to get in touch through Checkatrade, and stayed in touch throughout the process. Syed and his business partner was on time and waiting to start at 8am on the day, which included a stop at a storage unit and another stop at a relative's house to collect some furniture. All in all around 50 square feet or so of items are moved, and we were done by 11.30. No damage to any of the items, and they had to go up a tight flight of stairs. Really can't fault the service, will happily use Removals & Storage Accord for my next move. Thanks again, Syed!
