Kyle helped us with the purchase of a new desktop computer for home. He came to our home and completed the set up and transfer from the old computer. He also recommended options for backing up the system and anti-virus software. I am moving out of the area, but I will continue to use him for any advice or repairs remotely. Kyle's communication style was excellent. He explained things well to me (I have limited computer knowledge) and to my husband (a computer programmer). I would highly recommend him.

From first telephone contact, nothing could have been better. Appointments made were kept, any changes to arrival time due traffic etc. were notified promptly, and were helpful. Because of the bad state of the computer, Kyle spread the work over three days, once about three hours, and the other two just over an hour each. Kyle fixed a major problem with Windows 11 not updating correctly on my laptop, and as a bonus sorted out my home wireless printer network as well.
