Sam quickly returned my call and having sent across a couple of photos of the loose slate tile to him, he provided a quote with clear, transparent pricing and scheduled the repair promptly. Sam was punctual, polite, and efficiently carried out the repair. The quality of his work was excellent, and Sam kept me informed throughout.
