Really good experience from start to finish. Work was quick and efficient and felt completely in the loop the whole way through.

Gianni is very easy to have in the house, as he's clean and tidy and communicative about what he's doing. He did the job very efficiently, was happy to have me watch what he was doing, and, being a long-term DIYer myself, he didn't talk down to me. I will certainly use him again!

Boiler stopped working so contacted Remedial for assistance. Came out the same day to assess, needed a new boiler. Came back within 48hrs to replace old boiler. Great communication and left the place clean and tidy. Highly recommend

When our existing boiler failed and required a new one, I contacted a host of suppliers however Gianni and Remedial were prompt to respond and were able to offer a competative price but crucially the earliest availability. With a young family and no hot water/heating this was a key decision in proceeding with Remedial. Very good work and would be happy to use again.

I was contacted very promptly after posting my job on checkatrade. I was told my job could be fitted in the following. I was asked to provide some photographs. I was kept upto date on the arrival time, they arrived early than expected but confirmed in advance the was convenient with me. Diagnosed fault, had to go and collect part from a nearby town and return a fitted the part. Very polite and tidy and problem rectified.
