Excellent service from Dennis. He was thorough with his investigation, and took time to identify where the stopcock was, as we were unsure. Explained what he was doing throughout the process. Returned on a different date to replace the stopcock which was in a hard to get to place. I would highly recommend the service and in particular Dennis.

I have not used RELIANT before , but will definitely use them again . I was given a quick appointment and the engineer arrived promptly . He was polite , professional and efficient . Plus he was careful and left no mess at all . Excellent value for money and efficient payment system .

Reliant were recommended to us ourselves by some friends and we had a some aircon units installed. We were very impressed by the professionalism and quality of Ricky and Ethans work. They were clear about what they were doing throughout and great guys. Highly recommend

Replace in-wall broken shower with a new externally mounted shower unit. This required 3 visits and on each occasion Dennis arrived as scheduled (always calling to forewarn of arrival), worked hard & cleaned-up afterwards. Reliant have been a pleasure to work with & I thoroughly recommend them.

Sorted out the problem and while he was here was very happy to take a quick look at the other radiators and their valves. Cheerful. Helpful. Had absolute confidence he knew what he was doing and the radiator has worked beautifully ever since.

We needed a new sink and tap fitted in a kitchen before a deadline and Reliant were prompt and clear with their communication and the engineer who visited, Dennis, was very skilled and professional. Highly recommended.
