  LVT floor fitting

  We contracted Reliant to fit an LVT herringbone floor including levelling the floor with a screed pour and moving the radiators and I couldn’t be happier with the work, the attention to detail from Nyall and Dan was fantastic and it looks great. The team even used some of the leftover material to fill some potholes in our drive without even being asked. We really couldn’t be happier with their work ethic and the finished product.

  Period property - Demolition of load bearing wall

  I am so grateful we found Reliant Construction Services, from start to finish they have been fantastic, so good in fact that I’ve already commissioned them for 2 more major jobs & will also be contracting them for a kitchen install. The breadth of knowledge the team have is staggering. This job was to remove a substantial (>2ft thick) load bearing wall between the kitchen & dining room in a 150 year old property, from day 1 the job got more complicated & required ingenuity, not once did they even consider increasing the cost despite 4x more labour needed. Thanks Calum, Jason, Nyall & team.

  Loft hatch fitting and cupboard door move

  I had a loft hatch fitted and they did an excellent job, even after the supplier sent a broken hatch they were very courteous about rearranging and resolving the issue. They also opened up a new doorway for a cupboard and were able to easily work around some of the unexpected issues that came up, and I was really happy with the work.

  Stair banister rails, either side of two-part staircase.

  The team were punctual, pleasant and had a chat about the job before commencing. They brought a nice atmosphere as they worked as a team. The job was well done and tested before they left. The hall and stairs looked better after they cleaned up than it had when they arrived! Thank-you so much, for a grand job done. It was a pleasure having you in my home to do the work. Also, I am so glad I used Checkatrade to find Nyall and his equally great colleague. I recommend heartily.
