John was very helpful it was not my window that was at fault but the brick work he has put a temporary fix in to stop the rain till I get somebody to point the house

After a slight miscommunication which John was very apologetic about, everything went really well. Whilst John was not able to initially fit the part he brought, he ordered a replacement and arranged to come back in due course. Once John received the correct part, he arranged a convenient time to pop back and complete the job. The work was completed and it certainly worked out to be more cost effective than replacing the whole door. Very pleased and would definitely recommend John.

Fixed our leaking window and replaced one of conservatory windows

John popped round last wk to assess what was going on as i’ve had this problem for a while, and arranged to do some repair work on the seal around the doors, inside and out. He spotted some gaps that i hadnt noticed on the outside also. Really pleased with the work carried out, had a nice chat over a couple of cups of tea. If i have any further problems or need any further work done, I’ll be sure to use Reliable Doors & Windows 🙂👍🏻
