Work seemed fine initially, however roof began leaking again. Contacted the tradesman to come and take another look, but he has since blocked my number or changed numbers.

In comparison to other roofers who would only offer a rebuild for the entire roof, Ryan actually got on my roof and took a closer look. He found the affected area close to the leak and offered to fix only the broken tiles and lead flashing at a reasonable price. Happy with the communication and service. It was slightly delayed after I accepted the quote but given the absurd weather this month it's very understandable that roofing jobs would be delayed in general.
