I called Graham with a request to move my belongings into storage at very short notice. Arriving with a smile on his face, he took a look at what was needed and said he would send a quote as soon as he arrived home, which he did. The quote was more than reasonable and I accepted immediately. Graham and his team arrived on time and got straight down to work, never complaining about the access stairs or heavy lifting. My belongings were taken and delivered with care and respect. Graham and his team were friendly and efficient throughout. Would I recommend or choose Reliable Moves again? 100%

Graeme and his colleague Peter provided a most efficient and friendly service when I needed help recently in moving my belongings into storage. I found communication with Graeme was easy both beforehand in planning what was needed and on the day. They treated items carefully, worked flexibly and inspired confidence throughout the move. Graham was brilliant. Responsive, helpful and flexible when it came to the arrangements and, on the day itself, reassuring, professional, and full of practical advice (anticipating problems that I hadn't even thought of and sorting them). I was moving the contents of my Mum's house and Graham and his team were lovely with her - efficient (no messing!) but also extremely careful and sensitive with my Mum. They also, without asking, dismantled and re-installed her electronically-operated bed. 5 stars totally earned.
