Alex and his team were great, they were punctual, all nice people and very professional. Alex fit me in at late notice so that other jobs around the house could be done on time. They were professional, knowledgeable and good value for money. Whenever I had questions he was there to answer them patiently. I'll be using alex and the team for the rest of my building work.

At very short notice we were let down by a tradesman who had been booked for several weeks. Our job was time critical as the underfloor heating needed sealing & levelling before the kitchen could be fitted. Having found The Reliable Builders via Which? Trusted Traders, Alex was able to rescue our situation. He did an amazing job, at a reasonable price (which was per the quote), communication throughout was fabulous. We will definitely use them again in future & recommend.

I love these builders. 5 years ago, after getting stung by a rogue builder they turned our sad/broken shell of a house into a livable space in 2 weeks. We naturally had them back for our patio build. In a world of unreliable, unresponsive and inconsiderate builders, these guys are an anomaly. He is straight talking, very honest and suggests practical and cost- effective solutions. They turn up when they say they will turn up, on time and are courteous and tidy. Highly recommended and we will use them again this year for some rendering work.

Alex & his team worked at our home over a 6-month period from late 2023 to mid-2024. The job involved a rear & side ground floor extension to our Victorian home along with a comprehensive ground floor renovation to create a large open plan kitchen-lounge-dining space, downstairs toilet and hallway. Right from the initial quote I felt Alex’s approach & communication were honest, reasonable and detailed. Costs & payment dates were clearly structured, extras (of which I requested several) were fairly addressed. I found the work to be of a high quality and am certainly happy to recommend them.
