Alan was a star. My Samsung fridge had stopped working and I wasn't keen to spend a fortune getting a Samsung authorised engineer out if the fridge wasn't worth repairing. Alan very kindly talked me through all of the checks he would normally perform to locate the issue. Having done these he determined the issue - which would need a full repair by Samsung. Armed with this info I was able to then ask Samsung how much the job would be even with the compressor covered by their guarantee. This would still be over £450!! Alan didn't charge me for his time and advise. Thanks Alan

Washer drier had leak. Alan was straight on the case, arranged quick visit and was extremely helpful throughout the whole process of checking & identifying issue. Can't recommend highly enough!

I tried calling Relax repairs and due to no answer I was sent a text message requesting details of the fault. I was sceptical about the service at this point but sent a message regardless. I received a reply 40 mins later and within the hour Alan had diagnosed the issue. Due to the cost of the part to fix the fault I did not opt to have the fault repaired. The service I received from Alan was second to none and has undoubtedly saved me money by having to pay someone to come out to come to the same conclusion. Thank you for the service. Contacted Alan at Relax Repairs after seeing the reviews on Checkatrade. He managed to diagnose the problem with my dishwasher and guided me through the fix. Thank you Alan, I can highly recommend Relax Repairs!

After phoning Relax Repairs I was given some advice on what to do to stop the clicking of the cooking hob. I took the advice and the problem was solved. No visit by Relax Repairs was needed thanks to the friendly and correct advice. Brillaint!
