10 broken boiler error message

Had an error message on boiler, heating and hot water not working. Phoned company, was contacted quickly and arranged for next day appointment. Arrived when expected, quickly worked out issue and fixed the problem. Showed me how to fix myself if happens again and double checked there wasn't a secondary cause of problem. Danny is extremely personable and listened to my needs, he came in ahead of schedule and kept his work areas tidy and organised as he went along. Danny responded quickly and got our boiler reworking after an emergency call out. He and Ryan then returned and provided well needed improvements to the system. Dan installed a new Worcester boiler for us. He gave us a date and time for the installation and turned up as promised. His communication throughout was superb and he was so reliable.
