Gary and his team were professional, friendly and up front with all information. When he came to quote for the job he explained the options and then sent a written, itemised quote. Ahead of the start date, he checked in with me to confirm go-ahead as planned. During, he was great to have around and kept me posted on progress. At the end of the job the team tidied up and they asked me for feedback. They also said they’d come back to make any tweaks should I spot anything (I haven’t). Appointment was not that easy to set up due to busyness of workmen, but when they came on day of appointment they performed the job well and quickly without problems, at a reasonable cost
