I cannot recommend ReHeat highly enough. When dealing with a plumbing emergency (or even routine work), you want three things: great knowledge, quick problem solving and great customer service, and Alex delivered on all three! Alex is always professional, courteous, and incredibly friendly. He quickly and accurately diagnosed a tricky issue that had been caused by a previous repairman. Taking the time to answer all my questions and offering helpful preventative tips. It's rare to encounter such a positive, service-oriented attitude in home repair, and it made the entire process stress-free.

Alex was brilliant. He quickly identified what was causing the leak in the bathroom and replaced the component to fix the leak. He communicated with us through out the process to explain the issue and the solution. Very pleased with the work and would highly recommend.

We have been using ReHeat for boiler servicing, boiler replacement and plumbing work for the past 16 years and they are always very reliable, very knowledgeable and do a great job. Alex replaced an old leaky radiator for us today and as always he carried out the work with great competence. We have no hesitation in recommending this company very highly.

Alex Barclay was excellent. He was able to come at short notice. When it came to the fixing he was very efficient and clear in explaining what he was doing. Friendly, polite, helpful. Would recommend!
