From quote to completion went smoothly with my being involved in every choice point with the friendly and knowledgeable team. Even when I was shown how loose the chimney stack was it wasn’t a problem. I was given all the options and decided to take both stacks down completely ,so this was done straight away neatly without any fuss and the tiles seamlessly continued over where they had been. They also installed 2 velux windows which give great light in the loft so we are very impressed with the whole clean, neat and tidy job and would highly recommend Regional Roofing and property maintenance!!

Tom and Steve were polite and just got on with job. Pity there was no available replacement for one 1 Dry verge. And had to have all replaced.

The guy's fitted 2x dry ridges, fitted 4x tile vents and fitted felt support trays. Regional Roofing and Property Maintenance surveyed the work before starting and came up with various fixes to deal with the issues that we faced. The guy's started on the day arranged. They were curtious, careful, knowledgeable and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone wishing to use them and felt reassured in the work they carried out for me.
