Retiled kitchen and did a great job

From start to finish excellent service. Prompt response, continuous contact, practical advice and speedy service. Arrived on time, got to work and cleaned up afterwards. Provided advice and links to replace a very old shower so as not to impact the tiling. Replaced a pull cord light switch. Fitted to size gaps in skirting and kitchen carcass, even cut down an old headboard so I could get it down the stairs. I will definitely be using again, totally recommend.

I am very happy with the work done. Regent House kept me up to date prior to the work commencing. Tony arrived on time, on the agree date, and did a great job. he cleaned up and took all the old bathroom cabinets away for me. Highly recommend.

The work was rushed had to get the workmen back a second time to correct mistakes, I would be told they couldn’t do something due to the shape of my kitchen, then on the next visit they’d be able to fix it . communication wise I’d be told one thing through email and then the fitters would turn up with a different plan than what was discussed. I also asked for a quote on how much it would be to fit 10 kitchen cabinet doors with handles and hinges, was quoted £800 which is honestly ridiculous. Gas man was also very late not very professional and we had no notice of him being late.
