  Karl and his team were excellent.. their work was top class and I’ve never met a harder working team of builders . I would definately recommend Regents for any building work and will be using them again in the not too distant future for some more house improvements

  It was a shortly needed refurbishment job. Communication was excellent and everything done on time even for my busy schedule. Definitely I would recommend it.

  Fitted new gutter

  Needed gutter replacing as it was over 10years old and began to leak. Came across Carl's van when he was working on a neighbouring house. He came we competitive rates and great workmanship would highly recommend

  Wall knocked down

  We asked Regent Estate Maintenance to knock down one of our walls to create a kitchen diner. We are incredibly happy with the result. The work was done quickly will minimal disruption. All the work was done to an excellent standard and all of his suggestions have worked out great. We were happy with every penny spent! Communication was efficient and all deadlines were met.

  Karl and his team were great from the outset, communication with Karl was great throughout the job, his prices were very competitive and there were no hidden costs. He was transparent with all plans and helped organise the planning permission and inspections. The job was completed on time and in a very timely fashion as outlined at the start by Karl. Karl and his team did a great job, they were very efficient, well organised and cleaned up after themselves. Really happy with work completed and the highly recommend Karl and his team.
