Robert responded very promptly to my initial phonecall and quoted equally promptly. He was able to return a week later to cut down the palm and dig up the stump/rootball which was great as we needed the job doing quickly. He worked efficiently and got the job done pretty quickly. Robert was very pleasant to deal with and left everything tidy - always appreciated when all the rubbish has to come out through the house. His final invoice matched the initial quote, even though the stump took longer to remove than planned. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or to use again :-)
