  Bathroom fitting

  I’m sad to say regency fell short on this work. I was initially given an estimate of 3 weeks for job completion, however it ended up taking much longer- which is fine, however the quality of the work was not up to scratch. I had to ask them to redo most things. I paid well over the odds for a project which the builder- Chris, decided to give up on and stop answering his phone. Really let down and feel really ripped off as I had to keep paying up front. Ended up having to finish the work myself- and redo a lot of it at that. I wouldnt recommend

  Downstairs cloakroom

  Jake refreshed my downstairs cloakroom. A repaint, laid new flooring, new toilet, radiator and fittings. Everything was left clean and tidy after work was done. Jake is always professional, conscious that he is working in someones home, and takes care to create as little disruption as possible. I'm extremely happy with the finished result, which includes some of Jakes artwork on one wall, making my cloakroom a little unique 😀

  A 30 square meter single story extension

  Jake and Chris were fantastic from beginning to end. Unlike many builders nothing was too much trouble. We were kept informed throughout the project. And they kept everything running to the times quoted. Jake was especially helpful and courteous throughout. A 30 square meter single story extension. With sky lantern, bi-fold doors, french doors and picture Window built from foundations up, looks amazing.

  I am impressed and happy to recommend Regency Construction Ltd. for a number of reasons I consider important .The work was carried out efficiently in the time agreed and to a high standard. Jake arrived at the agreed time, was courteous throughout and kept me informed of decisions on the spot. The most impressive was that he was willing to support me with the appropriate advice on my product choice. And as I needed to have the work completed before a certain date, he accommodated that request even though it meant working weekends.

  2 story rear extension

  2 story rear extension - the work done was to an amazing standard. Uncovered issues with the rest of the house which required work along the way, adding time, but again fixed and sorted to a high standard. Really friendly team, with good communication throughout

  Driveway and house maintenance ie roof

  I was guided with the choice of paving slabs to make the whole job less costly and suiting the style of size and colour for my needs. The days were hot but the work continued to make an impressive job.
