The key was jammed in the lock of the massive glass doors leading to our garden. The lock was only accessible from under the door so worse case was Jason having to remove the door, fix it then replace it. The key would not come out of the lock even before it broke off so it looked like the door would have to be removed so Jason brought a colleague just in case. As it was he somehow removed the jammed key and the door was opened by my spare key within 10 mins of him walking through the door. I had feared that it would take hours … so very pleased.

I contacted Jason Owen’s of Regal Locks via Checkatrade and he responded quickly asking for photographs of the lock and doors, communicated well and was booked to resolve the issue on Saturday morning. He came prepared to remove the doors if necessary with a colleague but managed to remove the broken key and was finished within 10 minutes. Would definitely use again and recommend.

The lock to my backdoor broke out of the blue. I called up Jason for help and he was with me in no time at all. He was really understanding, and was quite happy to have to climb through a small window to get outside to get the job done. Replaced my lock really quickly and at a great price. Highly recommend

I had a good experience with Jason at Regal Locks. When I posted the job, he was very quick to respond and provided me with the information needed to make a decision on whether to hire him - which I ultimately did. The work was carried out to my satisfaction (new locks/keys and no trouble unlocking and locking the door as I had prior). The job was carried out very quickly and Jason was reliable in timings communicated overall from beginning to end. Jason was quick to respond to my initial job request, and was very helpful suggesting ideas to consider, and the job was booked in without fuss. He turned up on-time and got straight to work and completed everything agreed to a high standard, ensuring I was happy with the work, and was friendly and polite throughout. If I ever need a Locksmith for anything in the future I know who I’m going to call.

Jason was extremely professional, quick reply and great value for money for such a high-end service. Both locks were changed quickly and no damage to my door 10/10
