Jem installed my engineered flooring for my living room (18s2). It took him and an assistant a day to complete. Very competitive price compared to the other quotes I got on Checkatrade. Some being extortionately high. I'm not sure how much better service I would have got for these inflated price quotes, as Jem did a fantastic job, and there wasn't much room for improvement. There were some minor workmanship imperfections, but you'd have to go up close to notice these. I needed additional electrical sockets installed too and he got his Dad (qualified electrician) to do these.
