  Removal of load bearing wall and making good.

  Chris and his team provided an excellent service from start to finish, removing our load bearing partition wall, installing a steel beam, plastering, making good, moving radiators and fitting a new floorboard. Communication was very good throughout and everything was explained well and then completed to a very high standard. We’d highly recommend Refurbishment Specialist and would happily work with them again.

  Renovation

  Chris completed a full renovation of our flat in NW3. He has an incredibly helpful can-do attitude - nothing is ever too much trouble, and his team can seemingly sort anything. Full of good ideas as well for when you're at a bit of a loss. Our renovation was hit with a big delay while we waited for planning permission, and I was worried about knock-on disruption, but Chris was great at staying in touch to understand timelines and prioritising our work once we could re-start.

  I had the pleasure of working with the team for the renovation of my 4 bedroom townhouse. The team demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality work. They removed the existing kitchen and installed a bespoke kitchen, which has become the centerpiece of my home.
