We hired Refresh after a recommendation from our estate agent to fix dry rot and damp issues, and we’re very pleased with the outcome. Andy and the team were punctual, friendly, did the job well and provided all necessary documents. Andy was especially helpful in arranging and liaising with other specialists, which made the whole process much smoother. Would absolutely recommend them!

We used refresh to firstly report on any damp that was present in our new house which was done extremely efficiently and we signed up and he booked us in ( without any deposit) the work started on time and with 2 very professional plasteres . Andy was professional and very helpful. He went out of his way to explain the underlying cause of damp in our basement and gave us instructions on how to manage it ourselves. His communication through the whole process was excellent. I would highly recommend Andy if you have damp issues!
