We used refresh to firstly report on any damp that was present in our new house which was done extremely efficiently and we signed up and he booked us in ( without any deposit) the work started on time and with 2 very professional plasteres . Would definitely use them again and highly recommend their services

Andy was professional and very helpful. He went out of his way to explain the underlying cause of damp in our basement and gave us instructions on how to manage it ourselves. His communication through the whole process was excellent. I would highly recommend Andy if you have damp issues!

Andy was fantastic! Arrived on time for the quote and within a few minutes was able to tell me the problem and how to fix it. Turned out to be a guttering issue so work wasn’t carried out, but definitely worth a 10/10 review.
