Andy and Laura were ao helpful and accomodating with my needs, steared me in the right direction and designed my new bathroom and kitchen to my exact liking for my elderly parents. The tradesmen worked quickly and skillfully, overcome a few problems which occurred and did the job really well. Would recommend them anyday! I live in an older house and was specifically looking for a bathroom that honoured the houses age but also a complete refresh. The design phase with Laura was fantastic and she completely understood what I was asking for. She was also happy to collaborate with me on changes to perfect the design or answer any questions when I had concerns. When it came to the build Andy and the team were fantastic. They worked efficiently and had a keen eye for details and were happy to answer any questions or concerns we had throughout the process.

Amazing work. Happy with the work done in both the main bathroom and the ensuite. Andy (of Refresh Bathrooms and Interiors) was very accommodating and went above and beyond to look for the tiles that I wanted. They can source any bathroom materials you may have already chosen and/or if you havent chosen any yet, they will help you choose and supply all the materials needed. I sourced all my items from Vogue by Ignite based in North Shields (ask for Laura). Important: Ask for Andy (the plumber). He did both my bathrooms. His attention to detail is great. Excellent service from beginning to end. Great communication, plumbers and electrician were fantastic very professional. There was absolutely no mess, everything was taken away. I now have a gorgeous shower, this is a very happy customer I’d definitely recommend this company 👍👍

We have a small en suite bathroom that was starting to leak and was in desperate need of refurbishment. Refresh bathroom and interiors were by far the fairest price and were able to commence work very quickly after the quotation visit. The lads were punctual and very friendly. They worked tirelessly to ensure our en suite was fitted quickly and with minimal mess. Our old en suite was literally just a shower enclosure, meanwhile our new ensuite is a walk in wet room with a toilet and sink. The company was very accommodating to all our requests and preferences. Great prices and service.
