The job was accepted quickly without any hassle. They provided an upfront quote, arrived on time and completed the work to a high standard. In other words, everything you would like to happen and I will happily use Loto Construction again.

Really excellent quality and really fast

Side return door replaced. Seems OK although the door is less solid than I'd have liked. Locking door handle was specified in the quote, but in the end only a lock was provided without a handle. Communication was poor. Turned up unannounced to take measurements 4 working days before the job. Was notified by WhatsApp a quote would be provided by email the evening before work began. Was actually an invoice not a quote & specified a 40% deposit. We'd agreed the price and date 7 calendar days before the job, so this was too late. Arrived 2.5 late. Left old door & frame for us to deal with. :(

David replaced some rotted wood on our garden room quickly, tidily and to a high standard. He was easy to communicate with throughout the process and was very punctual. I would definitely use his services again in future.
