An exceptional service by Refined Electricals Ltd who responded to my emergency call on 22nd November due to a power failure in the kitchen. The Electrician Joe went above and beyond to help us out trying to firstly help on the telephone in order to assess and solve the problem remotely before deciding on the call out. He carried out a thorough check and located the fault. Explained everything that he had done to safely restore the power and provided a clear explanation and the options available in order to permanently resolve the issue. Would highly recommend this company.
