  Replacement of spalled bricks

  Gavin was quick to respond, with excellent communication through out. He arrived when he said he would and was clean and tidy from start to finish. Can't thank him enough for a great job. Wouldn't hesitate to use him again and recommend him to friends and family.

  Brick work and render patch TERRIBLE

  Had some new windows fitted whereby I needed to fill some voids in external wall under window with brick slithers and then patch over to match in with existing render. Gavin came, priced up job and I agreed (wish I didn’t) for him to complete work. To cut a long story short, he completed the work and I paid him £385 cash. Once he had gone, I looked at what he had done. So bad. No weep holes as promised on any window so water on DPC has nowhere to go! The render finish is shocking, standing proud of existing render and sticks out like a sore thumb. Going to look even worse once painted.

  I priced job for 2 days @ £480 plus materials. He phoned to say can I reduce it . So did to £400 plus materials. Told him render won’t match in as new to old . He said with thumbs up yes ok . Advised on dpc as he didn’t know . So put it in. So was aware of situation. Did job and took 1 half days so charged £300 plus materials. Plastering sand is slightly course than sand , told him this . He looked at job before I left so saw finish and paid me . Took several days before he complained. Said my plasterer would rectify and I’ll pay him to do it .

  Full house renovation

  Gavin provided building services at 138 Malmesbury Park Road where I had bought a very run down auction property. It needed a full renovation and Gavin did all the construction work, landscaping, fencing and general maintenance. It was an incredible transformation and the 2nd house that Gavin had helped fully reonvate with me. I wouldn't use anyone else.

  Estimate for some potential work

  Gavin has done some repointing and external work of my property a few years ago,which his team did very well and I was very pleased with his standards. I was after a quote for some maintenance on an external bricked staircase. Gavin responded very quickly to my email and was pleased he could come out the next day,on a Saturday as well. I was given good advice and accurate details on the problem. I was told the quote will be done over the weekend. I certainly recommend Revo construction for speedy communication and their standard of work.
