I called due to having an issue with my boiler, I spoke to a lady who was very informative and polite, booked me in as early as possible and had the service carried out efficiently by a very knowledgable engineer! Thanks to the team.

Engineer drained the heating system, and tried to fix the fault. He left, as my parents weren't happy with the costs quoted. 3 days later there was a huge leak where the engineer was working, causing the ceiling to collapse, flooding the downstairs. This Company (after lying to us), is now blaming my parents, who are in their 80's for the flood. This company is despicable, avoid at all costs.
