Agreed quote with Matt. Arranged installation date. Turned up early but fine. Initially thought fitting door & frame despite clearly stating in quote when he quoted. He checked frame, measured door, then removed protective covering from the door, everything fine. Then he just turned around and said he couldn't fit it!! Stated door didn't have markings to fit the lock ?? and he couldn't do it. Stated it would take him 4 /5 to hours to mark and fit a standard mortise lock?? and didnt have the tools. Clearly unable and doesnt have the expertise to fit a standard mortice to a standard door !!!
