  Fitted a new boiler. Reece responded the same day to my enquiry (on a weekend) and gave me prompt advice and a quote. He completed the install quickly and was polite, friendly, tidy and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend him!

  can highly recommend Reece he came to do Boiler service, he found a fault & had to turn our gas off, he was very professional, explained clearly the problem, called Cadent Gas, the first engineer came & turned Gas back on, when Reece came back found problems not resolved, called Cadent Gas again & different engineer came & this time fixed the faulty Regulator at Meter, Reece came back again & made sure Boiler was fully serviced. He was excellent throughout, you don’t mess with Gas & his knowledge & expertise meant we are safe & warm, highly recommend & will definitely have again

  Leaking Radiator and Boiler not working

  The radiator in my bathroom was leaking and the pressure on my boiler had dropped and stopped working meaning I had no heat or hot water. Reece came on the same day as contact. He removed the leaking radiator and got my boiler up and running again, for which I was extremely grateful. This was fast, excellent service and Reece will be coming back to fit the new radiator when it arrives. Thank you Reece.

  No power to boiler

  Second day in new house and boiler had no power. Reece was at my property within 45 mins on Sunday. Boiler fine but he deduced a circuit issue and located a switch that had been turned off. I'd have spent all day trying yo work it out. Cheers Reece.

  Boiler Replacement

  Reece just came to replace our boiler and was excellent from start to finish, from our initial messages, to his visit to come and see the problem, and then the installation itself. He explained all of what was happening with our system really clearly, gave us all the options and clear and honest advice. Helped us to choose the right boiler for our needs and then was here right on time (actually a bit early!) for the install and carried out all the work to a great standard, even staying on to fix some extra bits which were a hangover from the old system.
