Reece is very personable and communicates promptly, good attention to detail and carried out his work efficiently and professionally. Also noticed the inappropriate placement of the carbon monoxide detector and then replaced it correctly, which previous engineer had failed to notice. Reece replaces my boiler within 2 days of it failing. This is the second time I have received excellent service and advice from Reece and won’t hesitate to call him again. First class service from a First class engineer. Reece replaced our Worcester boiler for a Baxi 800 from start to finish to work was carried out to a very high standard. We was back warm and cosy within 48hrs from ordering from suppliers to fitting. We was given a full induction after our to operate our new boiler.
