Will Crowder was brilliant. First to offer help, and did not back out after seeing a challenging situation. He helps fit a new tap which I think was not a straightforward job. He used his expertise to come up with a solution when a tap that we bought was not fully suitable.

William Crowder was the first to respond to my urgent request as my wife is disabled and relies on the use of our downstairs toilet. He arrived exactly at the time he suggested and completed the work which was difficult to access due to its original installation within an understairway cupboard. I was extremely pleased with his prompt repair and would highly recommend the service he provides.
