I was on holiday with no access to emails when you initially requested a site visit to view a problem with the lights I installed over a year ago for a client. A subsequent threatening email arrived 11/8 and a negative review posted 13/8. As a professional courtesy I would have expected a telephone call from you as opposed to emailed threats in order to discuss the issue and resolve the fault to a satisfactory conclusion. Your approach to problems is the exact reason I decided to terminate our working arrangement earlier this year.
I have contacted the client and returned to repair the faulty lights to their complete satisfaction.
