John and his team were excellent. John explained the repair work that they could undertake and they were organised, friendly and efficient. We are very pleased with the work completed. I recommend the company and the way that they complete the work but also the way they interact with their customers.

In October 2023, John was so confident Redland could stop the leak from the chimney into our lounge, he provided a "written guarantee to stop water ingress over the period of five years from date of completion". Unfortunately, the repairs did not address the issue and in Feb 24, I advised John. Since then, no remedial action has taken place and I now note the business is "Temporarily closed"

John and his team at redland property services, came to look at the cause of the leak, without even looking at the roof I was told it was the chimney and that it needed to be removed. As my surveyor had mentioned in his report this was advised I went ahead with the works. John and team came next morning whilst I was out and removed the chimney. I was invited up on the roof to look at what was done. Since completion the leak is worse than ever and John has failed to turn up time and time again (despite his promises and daily messages and calls from myself) to rectify the issues caused.

Very good communication, from the start and did the job earlier than expected. Completed all work, as requested - removed stack, re-roofed relevant area and took away all debris/waste, satisfactorily.

Chimney was leaking in the attic, put the issue on a trader website and these guys contacted me straight away. I had to wait for the go ahead from my neighbours, and they had terrific patience waiting for the thumbs up. Work was done quickly, had to wait for space at the front of our house to allow for the work van and again they showed patience and professionalism. I was in contact via WhatsApp for the majority of the prices and they were always quick to respond at different times of the day, very helpful and efficient would highly recommend

Used Redlands service twice now, have always been pleased with their work! Very thankful to the team for their hard work and efforts , had my whole roof replaced and it looks beautiful would defo recommend
